Designed a sales tool that allows sales reps to quickly customize proposals for converting abandons and prospects. This resulted in 50 new sales closed in the last 2 months.

Built a solution for easy modification of active programs based on user feedback. This also enabled sales reps to upsell, leading to a 15% increase in average customer spend.
