User Research
To address the limitations of our legacy sales reporting tools and facilitate a seamless data management system migration, we needed to update our existing reporting functionalities.
I worked with our UX researcher to launch a comprehensive survey with the sales team to understand their core reporting needs, use cases, and pain points.
The insights gained from this survey directly informed the redesign, resulting in improved usability and optimized workflows that supported existing and future sales strategies.
